How to become saved
First admit that you are a sinner and need to be saved: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23 KJV. Understand and believe salvation is through faith: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. – Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV.
Realize the penalty for sin is death and one must repent and turn from sin: For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. – Romans 6:23 KJV.
Believe Christ died on the cross and rose again: For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:6-8 KJV. Dear God,
I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for
my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.”

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that He might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus Christ.
