MANDATE
The Lord has spoken to GOCC WORLDWIDE saying “Go throughout the whole world and preach the Gospel to the whole human race ,whoever believes and is baptised will be saved,” for the Bible says in John 3:5 “Verily ,verily ,I say unto thee except a man be born of water and of the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” Whoever does not believe will be condemned.
Servants of God in GOCC WORLDWIDE have been empowered to speak in tongues, perform miracles, drive out demons, heal the sick and set the captives free in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. GOCC WORLDWIDE is pushing the Jesus agenda as He was taken up to Heaven and He sat at the right hand of God.Therefore, the Gospel of Christ Church is pursuing the mandate of making it to Heaven as it continues to preach the Gospel of Christ everywhere and nations shall see the glory of God through GOCC.
VISION STATEMENT
The Lord has chosen GOCC WORLDWIDE and the various chapters nationwide in one accord to do what He has commanded them to do; to be obedient, faithful and show reverence to the Lord. God is fighting the battles of GOCC, same way as He did for the Israelites when He dried the Red Sea and the Jordan River so that they can make progress. Nations shall respect GOCC as the Israelites experienced under Moses and Joshua respectively.
As GOCC WORLDWIDE carries the ark of the covenant of the Lord and cross the Jordan River, various nations will be saved. For the Lord says that ‘sit at my right Hand and I will put your enemies under your control.’ Joshua destroyed the Amalekite army with swords, then the Lord said to Moses, “this is something to be remembered, so write it on a scroll and make sure Joshua know you have done it.” For the Lord said “I will completely erase the memory of the Amalekites from the earth same as the stones that emerged in Jordan river will be still there and be forgottenn. The children of Israel will never see them neither would they inquire about them.”
The Scripture says those who do not belong to Jesus will perish. GOCC WORLDWIDE doesn’t want anyone to incur God’s wrath. We want all to be taken up out of the miry clay and set upon the shores of deliverance. Jesus is holding back the judgement for the Scripture says, “there is no condemnation until the judgement day.”
The twelve (12) stones were the memorial of the goodness of the Lord and His mighty works. The twelve (12) men from Israel in each tribe took up the stones on their shoulder to serve as a sign among themselves and a memorial to future generations. GOCC will be a memorial to generations to come through Christ.
MISSION STATEMENT
GOCC WORLDWIDE is been built on a solid foundation of Christ who appointed the brethren as Apostles, Prophets , Evangelists and others to be pastors and teachers in order to prepare GOCC for the works of Christian service, to build the Body of Christ that all the servants of God with various gifts from various churches and various nations shall come together in oneness in faith and in knowledge of the Son of God .
God has made His servants to be matured reaching to the very height of Christ’s full stature, and therefore no one will be led astray by the teachings of the deceitful people. GOCC forever stand still by speaking the truth in the spirit of Love. GOCC grows up in every way to Christ who is the Head of the Church and under His control all the different parts of the Body fit together.
GOCC WORLDWIDE is made up of Gods stewards, entrusted by Him with time and opportunities, abilities and possessions, and the blessings of the earth and its resources. The purpose that GOCC is intending to fulfil is to glorify Himself, for the Bible says whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God .1Corinthians 10:31 says, ‘therefore every effort of the Gospel of Christ Church must serve not to promote itself but God’s greatness.’
Evangelism is required to accomplish the task of disciple making in all nations, and GOCC hearkens diligently to this initiative through helping believers and the lost sheep to understand the Gospel of salvation through Christ. Every servant of God is responsible for carrying out this command, all the various chapters in GOCC must be part of the process of disciple making and calling sinners to repentance for there is no condemnation until the Judgement Day.
GOCC is the community of believers with Jesus Christ as their Lord and saviour in continuity with the people of God in old testament times. The Organization is called out from the world and joined together for worship, for fellowship, for instruction in the world, for the celebration of the Lord’s Supper, for service to all man kind and for the worldwide proclamation of the Gospel. GOCC WORLDWIDE is not carnal but derives its authority from Christ Jesus.
GOCC is Gods family and all the members live on the basis of the new covenant. A worldwide community of faith of which Christ Himself is the Head. GOCC is the bride for whom Christ died that He might sanctify and cleanse His people. Upon the return of Jesus Christ, God will present GOCC to Him as a glorious church, the faithful of all the ages, the purchase of His blood, not having spot or wrinkles, but remaining holy and without blemish according to Ephesians 4:11-5, 3:8-11; 2:19-22,1:22-23; 5:23-27. Matthew 28:19,20; 16:13-20; 18:18 and Colossians 1:17,18.
GOCC acknowledges Gods ownership by faithful service to Him; gathering into fellowship, servants of God from various churches and countries. And returning tithes and giving offering for the proclamation of His Gospel to support and the growth of His church which is the Gospel of Christ Church Worldwide.
GOCC WORLDWIDE stands on the word of God in Romans 12:2, therefore GOCC is not conformed by the standards of this world instead G0CC is transformed by the renewing of mind through Christ Jesus. Every servant of God in GOCC is called to be godly; think, feel, and act in harmony with the principles of Heaven. For the Spirit of God to recreate in us the character of our Lord,we as GOCC involve ourselves only in those things which will produce Christ-like purity, health, and joy in our lives. That means our amusement and entertainment should meet the highest standards of Christian taste and beauty, the glory of God. (John 2:6. Ephesians 2:5-21)
GOCC has always kept the sabbath holy, that is the fourth commandment of Gods unchangeable law that requires the observance of this seventh -day Sabbath as a day of rest, worship and ministry in harmony with the teaching and practice of Jesus Christ, therefore GOCC rests on the sabbath in the presence of God on Saturday. (Genesis 2:1-3; Exodus 20:8-11, Isaiah 56:5; Luke 4:16; Deuterenomy 5;12-15; Mark 1:32; Hebrews 4:1-11; Matthew 12:1-12 and Leviticus 23:32)
- THE DIVINITY OF CHRIST IN GOCC WORLDWIDE
According to John 1:1,14.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word became flesh and dwelt among GOCC and the Gospel of Christ Church beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
GOCC WORLDWIDE believes that all things were created through Christ Jesus. The character of God is revealed and the salvation of humanity is accomplished through Him. In the presence of Abba Father, our Lord Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived and experienced temptation as a human being, but perfectly exemplified the righteousness and love of God. By His miracles, He manifested Gods power and was attested as God’s promised Messiah.
Jesus suffered and died voluntarily on the Cross for our sins and He was raised from the dead and ascended to minister in the heavenly sanctuary on behalf of GOCC and He will come again in glory for the final deliverance of His people and the restoration of all things. ( John 1:1-3,14 ; John 10:30; 14:9 John 14:1-3 1st Corinthians 15:3,4).
GOCC WORLDWIDE is preparing various churches from different countries for the second coming of Jesus Christ. His coming is mysterious, according to Matthew 16:27, James 2:11,12 on the Judgement day all those who kept their covenant with God will get their rewards even those who broke the covenant with God they will be rewarded according to their deeds .GOCC has been given the keys of Heaven. What GOCC unlocks on earth will be unlocked in Heaven according to Matthew 16:19.
According to John 4:23, GOCC is the kind of worshippers the Father is looking for. Our God is immortal, our God is a spirit therefore GOCC worshippers worship Him in Truth and in Spirit. The will of God shall be done here on earth as it is in Heaven. Many nations will worship God because of GOCC. Idols will be scattered through Christ who dwells among GOCC WORLDWIDE. Every knee in every nation will bow to Jesus. In GOCC, every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, for it is written, ‘stand still and know that I am God.’
GOCCWORLD WIDE abides by the principles of the Most High God. In the GOCC Declaration Affirmation of Faith, we believes in the verbal inspiration of the Bible, in one God eternally existent in Three Persons namely the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit .That Christ is the only begotten Son of the virgin Mary the mother of Jesus Christ. That Jesus Christ was crucified, buried and raised from the dead that He ascended to Heaven and is today seated at the Right Hand of His Father as the Intercessor.
That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins . That, justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ. We believe in sanctification subsequent to the new birth through faith in the blood of Jesus Christ, through the Word and by the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe holiness to be God’s standard of living for His people.
We believe in the baptism with the Holy Spirit subsequent to a clean heart ,in speaking with other tongues as the spirit gives utterance and that it is the initial evidence of baptism of the holy spirit.in water baptism by immersion and all who repent should be baptised in the name of the father and of the son and of the holy spirit .Divine healing is provided for all in the atonement.
In the Lords supper and washing of the saints feet .in the premillennial second coming of Jesus, first to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to him ,in the air second to reign on the earth a thousand years ,in the bodily resurrection ,eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the wicked .
GOCC WORLD WIDE is richly blessed and highly favoured by God. GOCC Affirmation of Blessings is found in Deuteronomy 28:1-14. And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all His commandments which I command GOCC this day, that the Lord thy God will set GOCC on high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come on GOCC, and overtake GOCC, if GOCC shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.
Blessed shalt thou be in the city, blessed shalt thou be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruits of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep. Blesssed shall be thy basket and thy store. Blessed shalt thou be when thou cometh in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against GOCC to be smitten before thy face : they shall come out against GOCC one way and flee seven ways .
The Lord shall command the blessing upon GOCC in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto and He shall bless GOCC in the land which the Lord thy God giveth GOCC. The Lord shall establish GOCC an holy people unto Himself as He hath sworn unto GOCC, if though shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in His ways.
And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord, and they shall be afraid of GOCC. And the Lord shall make GOCC plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give GOCC.
The Lord shall open unto GOCC His good treasure, the Heaven to give the rain unto thy land in His season ,and to bless all the work of thine hand. And thou shalt lend unto many nations and thou shalt not borrow. And the Lord shall make GOCC the head and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only and thou shalt not be beneath; if thou hearken unto the commandments of the Lord thy God, which I command GOCC this day to observe and to do them. And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command GOCC this day to the right hand, or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
CONCLUSION GOCC, sing to the Lord all the earth, proclaim the Good News of His salvation from day to day. GOCC, declare His glory among nations. We are the voice crying out in the wilderness preparing the way for the second coming of Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour, reaching the universe through Love, Prayer, Revelation, Wisdom, Faith, Hope, Restoration and Salvation.
GOCC CLOSING PRAYER SEAL OF COVERING:
In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, we decree and declare according to Isaiah:55:11
“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
We seal every prayer by the Blood of Jesus Christ, we testify we shall be filled with righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.
The atmosphere of Heaven saturates GOCC Worldwide, every chapter and all of its members. We are overshadowed by the Holy Spirit, and like Peter, even our shadows release the power of God everywhere we go now and forever more. Blessed be the Lord God of GOCC from everlasting to everlasting!
